We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery (please also take into account International postal service times if you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom).

Orders are delivered to you by Royal Mail (Monday to Saturday) and parcel delivery services (Monday to Friday only). IMPORTANT! A signature may be required when your order is delivered. Please ensure that you give a suitable delivery address. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, they will try a neighbour, or a card will be left for you to make alternative arrangements for the parcel to be delivered.
In the case of Royal Mail, this can be to the same address or any other address Monday to Saturday, or you can collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office.
In the case of parcel delivery companies, you can ask them either to deliver to the same address on a different day (Monday to Friday only), or you can ask them to deliver to a close neighbour, or you can collect the parcel from their depot (they will only keep the parcel for 5 days before returning it to us, so please bear that in mind if your are planning to be away on holiday, for example). If you ask them to deliver to a different address which is not in the same street, they may make a charge for re-routing the parcel. If the delivery company receive no response from you and eventually return your parcel to us, further charges will be payable for sending it out again, so please help us to help you by providing a suitable delivery address so that your order can be delivered to you safely and securely.

IF YOUR ORDER IS PARTICULARLY URGENT, PLEASE PHONE OR E-MAIL US FIRST, giving full details of the products you wish to order. We can then tell you how quickly we can process your order, and advise of any additional costs involved. Otherwise we will assume that you have allowed for the standard delivery time.

U.K. delivery charges are:

2 items £3.50
3 items £5
4 or more items £6.50.
(Note that an "item" is classed as one entry in the shopping basket - for example whether you order 100 serviettes or 500, this is classed as one item for postage)

Overseas orders only: If your order is being delivered outside the U.K., please note that the website can only estimate the cost of delivery based on the number of items you have ordered. In most cases it will be correct, but if your order is expected to cost more than the standard delivery charges due to the size or weight of your order, we will advise you before we process it, giving you the opportunity to accept, amend or cancel your order.

Extra charges may occasionally apply on large/heavy orders, particularly to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and N. Ireland but we will advise you before we commit to your order, giving you the opportunity to cancel. We always endeavour to keep any extra charges to a minimum.
